Spöket i köket

Spöket i Köket (the ghost in the kitchen) have excelled as a new superpower in folk music. A swedish/danish/belgian folkfusion big-band with partypotential seldom seen. They handle both fragile ballads and polish dances as well as powerful reels and schottises. They sing in four languages and play around twenty different instruments!

The music originates from nordic and canadian folk music traditions. Old and new tunes in traditional style, all arranged for their own setting which are best described as an unusually hip orchestra with funky blow. A lounge/rave folk band, the only one of its kind!
